By downloading, accessing, or using IPPNHub or MD WaitingRoom (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. This license does not allow you to resell or modify the App, or any part thereof. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or functionality of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
